A passionate communicator, Karen Rosen brings over 20 years’ experience with clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors to Lytton Communications. Following her call to the Bar in Ontario, Karen took the path less travelled and left law to embark on a career in marketing and communications. Recognized by clients for her clear and concise writing, Karen translates ideas into effective messaging. Efficient, organized and targeted in her approach, Karen brings a disciplined project management approach that yields results for her clients. She has held numerous senior roles in the private and public sectors, most notably at The Boston Consulting Group and the Office of the Premier of Ontario. She has led engagement and stakeholder consultation work on behalf of various public and non-profit entities, most recently with United Way Greater Toronto. A committed volunteer, Karen has rolled up her sleeves with many nonprofit organizations including her local School Advisory Council and Out of the Cold.
Meghan Lauber is a savvy communications strategist with a reputation for getting things done. Well networked, with a honed political acumen, Meg has almost two decades experience in government, technology, and not-for-profit. An intensely logical and strategic thinker, she translates complex ideas into a compelling narrative. With a clear focus on results, she develops marketing and communications plans to help her clients go to market and ensure they reach the right audience. Meg has held senior communications, media, and strategic planning roles in the public and private sectors, including the Office of the Premier of Ontario and Ontario Centres of Excellence. A passionate community advocate and volunteer, Meg runs a program to welcome newcomer families into her local school community. She has also worked with municipal and community leaders to spearhead numerous public safety initiatives in her neighbourhood.
